Class 5: Our policies and procedures

The CCG has developed and developing protocols, policies and procedures to enable the efficient delivery of our services and responsibilities, including HR, Corporate, Clinical and Health & Safety policies.

Policies

New policies are developed by an identified policy author.  Draft policies are then consulted upon with the most appropriate people and organisations, prior to submission to the Policy Sub-Group, which is responsible for the development, review and approval of policies, for onward ratification by the CCG Board.

A number of procedures relating to business conduct, standing orders and prime financial policies can be found in our Constitution.
